Before your session:

I. The Consultation

This is where we talk big picture- pricing, process, location, theme, and we actually SCHEDULE your session. This is where I'll take your session fee.

II. The Planning

On this second and final call, we'll finalize

-your wardrobe

-any props you'd like to bring

-and then I'll give you a checklist of all the things you'll want to think about in the days leading up to your session. (what snacks to bring, how to incentivize your kiddos, etc.)

And most importantly, we'll decide if after your session, you'd like to view your images that same day or meet back up a week later without the kids.

III. The Session

When it comes to mommy and me sessions, I don't pose. I prompt. What this means is in your first consultation, we'll think of an activity that you and your kiddo love to do together, and we'll base your session around this. (Painting, picnic, crafting, etc.)

I'll direct you in each prompt, and I'll always make adjustments if something isn't flattering on you. Each mother child duo is different which means each session and posing is different.

You'll leave your session feeling

  • more connected to your kiddo than you have in a long time
  • relaxed because I'll show you some photos in the back of the camera as we work
  • and seen because I took the time to get to know what sides of motherhood you wanted to show off

You'll leave your session with a new friend, and a newfound belief that you and your family are in fact-art.

After your session:

I. Lunch on me

By this point, you and your kiddo are definitely ready for a snack, so either

a.) you'll head to lunch (on me), and after an hour or so, we'll meet up at a coffee shop nearby to view your images

b.) we'll both head home and meet up a week later without the kids to view your images

II. The Viewing of your Images

The first time you view your images, you won't be making any decisions. You'll sit back with your coffee in hand and enjoy.

Then we'll filter through them one at a time marking with a yes, no, or maybe until we've narrowed them down completely

At this point I'll take payment, then I'll start editing your gallery!

III. The Final Reveal

Once I've received your printed products, I'll inspect them for printing errors and reach out to schedule a time to meet up one more time. Then you'll finally have your images physically in your hand.
